1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received, and a second email with tracking information when your order ships.
During peak seasons (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday period), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and carrier performance.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more (before tax and after discounts) shipped within the contiguous United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to express or overnight delivery options, or to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
4. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories is available via Standard Shipping only. Delivery to these destinations typically requires 7-14 business days. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer direct international shipping. We ship exclusively within the United States and its territories. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities in the future.
6. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary based on destination and military mail handling processes, typically 10-21 business days.
7. Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
8. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on the shipping method chosen, package size and weight, and delivery destination to provide the most reliable and timely service. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.
9. Shipping Delays and Issues
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure
- Carrier operational issues or delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Customs clearance delays (for military and territorial shipments)
- Peak season volume at carrier facilities
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at xloin330@163.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xloin330@163.com with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement. For packages lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.
11. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment. Please double-check all address details before completing your order.
12. Signature Confirmation
For high-value orders (over $500), we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. You will be notified during checkout if signature confirmation is required. This helps ensure your order is delivered safely and securely.
